My name is Tim Kemper, and I am the owner of Wise Ink Digital Marketing.
I moved to Chico, Ca. in 1979 to go to Cal State University Chico where I majored in English. After college, I went into the construction field and with my General Contractors License, built homes for the next 25 years during the building boom of the 80’s and 90’s. I eventually decided to move into a field that wasn’t so hard on my body. I got the necessary licensing and transitioned into Financial Services where I spent 6 years creating financial plans for families. During my time as a financial planner, I discovered that a family's biggest dream was to buy their own home. In 2012 I decided to move into Mortgage lending to help those families realize their dreams of home ownership.
During my time as a financial planner, mortgage professional, and in real estate, I had extensive sales training. The Art of Sales is a passion of mine and since the Internet has changed the way marketing is done in the 21st Century, I created Wise Ink Digital Marketing to take advantage of this paradigm shift.
